NABA is dedicated to uniting professionals and students with similar interests and ideas that are committed to professional and academic excellence. Our goals are:
- To encourage a greater number of minority students to select financial management disciplines as their chosen fields of study;
- To assist minority students entering the financial management professions;
- To develop and strengthen the technical skills base of our student and professional members;
- To provide opportunities for our members to fulfill their professional and community responsibilities;
- To represent the interests of current and prospective minority accounting and finance professionals.
